Service and repairs
Our products are constructed and manufactured with great care corresponding to the general European regulations in their electric and mechanical design. Should you ever notice any irregularity at your golf trolley, do not hesitate to contact us:

You can then simply use our return service and ask for a return order and, if necessary, packaging material. The reclamation will be picked up immediately and without any effort for you. We appreciate you using the return orders given to you only for sending caddies TiCad, but not for single components or accessories. We regret having to charge you for returns outside of the warranty period due to necessary repairs. You will be informed about any due repairs. Even inspections and repairs are done without contacting your local TiCad distributor.
The direct contact between you and us facilitates a fast settlement.
Winter check
Like every year we offer you our winter check. We will examine your TiCad thoroughly on any internal or external defects, redo the surfaces and place new rubber gaskets.
